The stay was absolutely good! Coffee & tea makers and refrigerator in my economy double room were a very thoughtful addition. Set close to shops and Makkah in the fairly nice area.

sincere staff, good breakfast, awesome view, great value for money. i liked a great decor and bespoke furniture. the service was spectacular, totally satisfied. the location was best possible, a short walk to masjid al nur.

It was nice place to stay. Unbeatable location, immensely pleasant staff, lots of food for the American breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. Apart from that, safwah tower was 5 minutes away by driving. Friendly check in and in general thoughtful service...

Hotel was clean and in a pretty nice area adjacent to Makkah, shops. Room had a modern bathroom and climate control, an electronic key card and ironing facilities.

Facility was fairly clean and brand new. The bed was comfortable and room was decent sized and fairly large. The stuff was HELPFUL, I had a really enjoyable stay. Besides, a cubical shrine was 4 km away from the venue. The quick check-in process too.

Our stay here was very enjoyable, great base for exploring Mecca. We liked the price of our premium quadruple room and its essentials. Everyone from the staff was very polite;)))
